The following paper work can be downloaded or viewed.  Please read, sign and return before the first day of practice.  You cannot attend practice without a current physical, signed Consent, Medical Form, Concussion, TAD and Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
This physical is required to participate in Sports, it is good for 18 Months.  Please make your own appointment and bring forms filled out to the first day of practice.
The following document regarding the KPSAA guidelines and concussion protocol should be read.  Watch TAD Video here.  HHS has an additional penalty for TAD violations during season which will result in 1/2 competition suspension or 3 weeks, whichever is greater.  Print off this packet and sign them stating that you done the following above.

Baseball – All Conference 1st Team Mose Hayes and Joe Ravin.  Team was 7-4 earned #2 seed at Tourney.

Softball – Conference Champions 11-0, MVP Annalynn Brown, 1st Team All Conference Kaitlyn Johnson and Bri Hettrick.  Coach Bell voted Coach of the Year.

Track N Field – Girls Team won the Region Championships, State Runner Up.  Region Champions Girls 1600 & 3200 Relay, Marina Carroll Triple Jump, Anna Brock Shot Put & Discus, Coach Bob Ostrom Coach of the year.  Boys 1600 & 3200 Relay, Luciano Fasulo 800 meters, Joel Carroll High Jump. State Champions Luciano Fasulo 800 meters, Boys 4 x 800 Relay  (Fasulo, Davis, Waclawski, Rich), Anna Brock Shot Put & Discus.  2nd Place Brooke Miller 800 Meters, 4 X 400 Relay (Fasulo, Davis, Waclawski, Rich), (Carroll, Miller, Baring, Daigle).  4X 800 relay (Inama, Miller, Baring, Daigle), Marina Carroll HJ, Laura Inama LJ.

Boys Soccer – Peninsula Conference Runner-Up, State Qualifier.  Coach Waldorf was voted Coach of the Year, Charles Rohr, Oliver Beck and Simon Dye voted to 1st Team All-Conference.

Girls Soccer – 3rd Place at Conference Tourney, 1st Team All-Conference Raisa Basargin, Andi Sonnen and Brenna McCarron.  Coach Mike Tozzo was named Coach of the Year of the Peninsula Conference.

Girls Basketball – 4th Place at South Central Tourney, Alissa Cole and Rylynn Todd 1st Team All-Conference.

Boys Basketball -4th Place at South Central Tourney, Koby Etzwiler, Jordan Beachy and Joel Carroll 1st Team All-Conference.

Basketball Cheer – Falcom Greear, Amiya Varga and Julianna Hannenberger 1st Team All-Conference.

Nordic Skiing – Girls Highest GPA at State, Girls Div. II Highest Placing Team, Autumn Daigle 2nd place & Katia Holmes 3rd place.  Jacob Davis 2nd place for boys Div. II.

Hockey – Earned 2nd Seed at North Star Conference Tourney.  1st Team All Conference Hunter Warren Goalie, Charlie Menke Defense and Dimitry Kuzmin Forward.  Chance Rocket was named Coach of the Year.

Wrestling – Div. II State Runner Up, Kachemak Conference Team Champions.  Conference Champs – Seth Inama 120 (State Champion), Alex Moseley 120G (State Champion), Wayne Newman 126 (State Runner Up), Luciano Fasulo 132 (Outstanding Wrestler of Conference) (State Champion), Halle Lapp 132G, Mose Hayes 138 (State Champion), McKenzie Cook 145G (State Champion), Chris Cudaback 170 (4th Place), Levi King 195 (State Champion), Kyle Wells 220 (State Runner Up).  Non Conference Champions who placed at State; Tristen Cook 182 State Runner Up.

Volleyball – Marina Carroll 1st Team All South Central Conference.  Kelli Bishop 2nd Team All Conference.

Swim & Dive – New School Record for girls 200 yard Medley (Chloe Bechtol, Ella Blanton-Yourkowski, Madison Story, Alia Bales), Annalyn Brown Diving as well.  New School record for Madison Story 100 Breaststroke.

Football Cheerleaders

Football – Division III State Runner Up.  Teddy Croft Offensive Player of the Year for Div. III.  First Team All- State; Teddy Croft QB, Noah Fisk HB, Joe Ravin WR, Levi King DL, Joe Ravin DB. Peninsula Conference Champions.  Coach of the Year Walter Love.  Offensive Player of the Year Teddy Croft and 1st Team Quarterback.  Lineman of the Year Levi King and 1st Team Center & Interior Lineman.  1st Team All Conference Noah Fisk RB & LB, Joe Ravin WR & DB, Justin Sumption WR, Kyle Wells Punter & DL, Dawson Felde All Around Utility Player.

Cross Country Running – Autumn Daigle 1A/2A/3A Girls State Champion, Girls Team 2nd Place Overall, Brooke Miller (4th) and Alex Mosely (9th) Top Ten finishers.  Region III Girls Team Champions.  Boys Team 2nd Place 1A/2A/3A State Championships, Jacob Davis (4th) and Luciano Fasulo (6th) top 10 finish.
